Our Story
It started the way all great things do — with a passion, a pit, and a whole lot of hungry people. What began as a love for the craft of real BBQ has grown into a full-fledged food truck and catering operation serving Alba, TX and the surrounding communities. We bring the smoke to you, whether that's a street corner, a backyard, or a 200-person corporate spread.

We are a small operation with a big personality, and every plate we serve is made with the same care and intensity as the first one we ever cooked. The Grease Monkey way means no corners cut, no shortcuts taken, and absolutely no bland BBQ tolerated.
